### Model Structure:

### <mark style="color:orange;">1️⃣</mark> <mark style="color:orange;"></mark><mark style="color:orange;">**Lock-Up**</mark>

* $KDR and USDC Requirement: Participants must lock a combination of $KDR tokens and USDC. For example, for the Executive Producer role, a participant would need to provide 50,000 $KDR and $12,500 USDC.

### <mark style="color:orange;">**2️⃣**</mark> <mark style="color:orange;"></mark><mark style="color:orange;">APY Calculation</mark>

* Fixed APY Rate: Propose a fixed APY rate, e.g., 25%. This rate determines the additional KDR airdropped over time.
* **Airdrop Calculation Example:**
  * If someone pledges 100 $KDR and $100 USDC:
    * Convert USDC to $KDR at the current market rate (e.g., $0.1161 per KDR):
      * $100 USDC / $0.1161 = <mark style="color:orange;">**861 $KDR.**</mark>
    * Total KDR pledged: 100 (direct) + 861 (converted from USDC) = <mark style="color:orange;">**$961 KDR.**</mark>
    * With a 25% APY, the total airdrop over one year would be:
      * 961 $KDR \* 1.25 = <mark style="color:orange;">**1,201.25 $KDR.**</mark>
