$KDR and USDC Requirement: Participants must lock a combination of $KDR tokens and USDC. For example, for the Executive Producer role, a participant would need to provide 50,000 $KDR and $12,500 USDC.

2️⃣ APY Calculation

Fixed APY Rate: Propose a fixed APY rate, e.g., 25%. This rate determines the additional KDR airdropped over time.
Airdrop Calculation Example:
- If someone pledges 100 $KDR and $100 USDC:
  - Convert USDC to $KDR at the current market rate (e.g., $0.1161 per KDR):
    $100 USDC / $0.1161 = 861 $KDR.
  - Total KDR pledged: 100 (direct) + 861 (converted from USDC) = $961 KDR.
  - With a 25% APY, the total airdrop over one year would be:
    961 $KDR * 1.25 = 1,201.25 $KDR.
